Install, calibrate, test, and commission NOV-MD Totco equipment and software at customer sites across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia;
Provide onsite training to customers on safe operation of M/D Totco systems;
Perform general maintenance including updates, upgrades, and replacements;
Respond to and manage service calls requiring extended time; diagnose and troubleshoot based on customer descriptions;
Produce timely service reports, billing tickets, and other relevant documents
