Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on the Facilities Management Department's systems and equipment;
Work on projects with other trade mechanics and report discrepancies to supervisor;
Assist with work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs;
Maintain working knowledge of areas of maintenance and repair; perform general maintenance as needed;
Repair and maintain electrical system components up to secondary distribution panels, including lighting, power distribution, switches, receptacles, conduit, and wiring
