SpaceX is seeking a Welding Trainee (Starship) for a temporary, hands-on training program at the Brownsville, TX site. Trainees will learn to qualify for welding on Starship and Super Heavy vehicles through intensive instruction and certification under expert mentorship, progressing from fabrication of airframe components to join an elite execution team.
Responsibilities include GTAW class A welds, reading engineering drawings, collaborating with the lead welder, and ensuring safety and quality.
