Regional Painter & Drywall Technician
Accela Healthcare is seeking a skilled Regional Painter & Drywall Technician to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to maintaining beautiful, safe, and welcoming healthcare environments.

- Prepare, patch, repair, and paint interior and exterior commercial spaces
- Install, repair, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a professional standard
- Match existing paint colors and textures for seamless repairs
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, priming, and caulking
- Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Complete resident room refreshes, common area renovations, and facility improvement projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Travel between multiple healthcare facilities to complete scheduled projects
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and infection control standards
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional commercial painting experience
- Strong drywall installation and repair experience
- Excellent taping, mudding, spackling, sanding, and finishing skills
- Experience with commercial repaint and renovation projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between regional facilities
- Ability to lift construction materials and work from ladders when needed
