Glacier is seeking a Field Service Technician to service deployed robotic systems across the East Coast or Midwest, with onboarding at the San Francisco HQ. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, traveling up to 75% to keep customer sites operational.
After onboarding, you’ll work regionally, collaborating with engineering to improve uptime and customer success, and supporting installations, upgrades, and hardware improvements across the fleet.
