Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose, repair, rebuild major plant equipment;
Maintain Daily Equipment Inspections (DEI) backlog;
Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and report capacity issues;
Inspect quality of third-party repairs and recommend equipment improvements;
Perform repairs following WM Safety, Life Critical Rules, and OSHA requirements
