Service Worker

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Service Worker to support commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. In this outdoor role, you'll assist with planting, grading, mulching, sod installation, and site cleanup while learning to use tools and equipment safely. You'll help with basic irrigation and hardscape tasks, load and unload materials, and keep job sites clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape construction and maintenance tasks on commercial properties, including planting, mulching, grading, and site cleanup
• Operate basic landscape and construction tools and equipment safely, following company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with hardscape and construction projects such as bed preparation, edging, sod installation, and minor site prep
• Support irrigation installation and repair by trenching, laying pipe, and assisting technicians as directed
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites and in company vehicles
• Follow work orders and crew leader instructions to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Inspect work areas, report hazards or equipment issues, and help maintain a clean, safe job site
• Collaborate with crew members, communicate professionally with clients and the public as needed, and uphold company quality standards
