Jefferson Health - - Responsibilities:
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on building mechanical systems including safety lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control systems;
Log maintenance checks and respond to service calls from the main office;
Test and operate emergency generators in coordination with electricians;
Maintain and repair distribution systems for vacuum, medical air, medical gas, and air compressors;
Perform minor electrical tasks and HVAC-related repairs, including replacing lights and changing air filters
