Program Supervisor, Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Center

Responsibilities- Ensure the individuals you are working with are safe and in a therapeutic treatment environment.
- Plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients.
- Assist in providing supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.

- Career Accelerator Program. - Weekend intensive schedule: 7 am–11:30 pm every Saturday & Sunday + 3 pm–11:30 pm every Tuesday.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, health, recreation, criminal justice, counseling) and a minimum of two years direct care experience; or 60 college credits with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline and three years direct care experience.
Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Physical RequirementsSignificant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/of managing resistance related to applying physical intervention techniques – upwards of 75–100 lbs or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Occasional use of computers and office equipment. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches (S&PA) techniques.
