We currently have full-time and pool Bi-Lingual Youth Care Worker positions available. Our group homes are located in Bensalem. These jobs offer successful candidates the opportunity to provide guidance and direction to young people.

Responsibilities include:

• Actively and safely supervise adolescents in a group home setting
• Implement daily program
• Function as a strong role model for adolescent youth
• Supervise and engage in recreational and treatment activities with youth.
• Write progress notes
• Drive youth to appointments and activities

Requirements for the position include:

• High School Diploma
• Bi-lingual preferably in Spanish
• One year of experience in human services preferred.
• Experience in a residential placement setting preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license with three years of driving experience
