• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
• Develop tailored action plans to support clients in achieving economic mobility.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on financial literacy.
• Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with additional resources.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in counseling or coaching preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

• Knowledge of community resources and financial assistance programs.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
