The social service assistant works within the multidisciplinary team of the penitentiary service of insertion and probation of the Corrèze. They are assigned to the departmental headquarters of the SPIP and are under the authority of the DFSPIP. Given the workload generated by the public of the detention center of Uzerche, the social service assistant's administrative residence is fixed on the local branch of insertion and probation of Uzerche.

The social service assistant only intervenes in person with this public. They intervene on behalf of the public of the Tulle prison only on request from the DFSPIP and within the framework of video conference interviews.

Main Activities: - Meet in individual interviews on orientation from the CPIP or service management to analyze and evaluate the material, family, and social situation of the person followed.

- Develop and implement a global social accompaniment plan for the person followed.

- Write social situation reports, limited by the ethics and deontology of SSA, in order to promote the individualization of the sentence and the accompaniment plan of the measure.

- Participate in multidisciplinary commissions and synthesis meetings concerning the situations of which they contribute to the follow-up.

- Participation in internal multidisciplinary commissions (CPI), unique multidisciplinary commissions (CPU) after evaluation by the management.

- Instruct files on over-indebtedness, retirement, application for residence permit or title of residence, CSS and CNI.

- Instruct applications for opening rights with different institutions of common law (CNPE, CAF, MSA…).

- Coordinate the intervention of partners in connection with the exercise of missions. Secondary Activities: - Contribute to the documentary and informational monitoring necessary for the updating of the service's knowledge regarding the regulation in the field of social action and the devices initiated by public policies.

- Provide individual or collective technical support to teams concerning the orientation of the follow-up and the construction of accompaniment tools for the PPSMJ.

- Participate in transdisciplinary reflection works organized at the local or inter-regional level.

- Contribute to initiating, following, coordinating, and evaluating partnerships in the field of access to rights.

- Contribute to the training of students and trainees.

Position accessible by detachment from another ministry.
