Family Advocate Social Worker needed for full-time, temporary position in Philadelphia County. Seeking a compassionate Family Advocate Social Worker to provide trauma-informed, family-centered case management to families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, coordinating housing and community resources, advocating for client needs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support family stability and self-sufficiency through a Housing First approach.
BSW required; one year of experience in case management, family services, or a related human services setting preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
