Family Development Specialist needed for full-time, temp-to-hire position in Philadelphia County. Recruit, assess, train, and certify foster and kinship families by completing home studies, family assessments, home safety evaluations, and required documentation while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania foster care regulations.
A BSW is required. Child welfare, foster care, or case management experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
