Family Visitation Coaches needed for full-time, temporary/temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Family Visitation Coaches to support families working toward reunification through supervised visitation and parent coaching. This role provides a safe, nurturing environment where parents can strengthen relationships with their children while developing positive parenting skills using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include conducting intake interviews and assessments, facilitating parent orientations, supervising and coaching parent-child visits, developing and monitoring family goals, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in supervision and training, coordinating visitation schedules as needed, transporting youth and families using a company van, and completing other assigned duties.

BSW is required, along with at least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a human services setting. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases, current CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas (access to company vehicle). The typical caseload is 10–15 families.
