Behavioral Health Clinician - Pittsburgh

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients.

• Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients. (70%)
• Conducts an individual comprehensive evaluation for assigned patients. (10%)
• Completes all documentation according to regulatory requirements (e.g. treatment plans, progress notes). (10%)
• Attends all required departmental/hospital meetings. (10%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required. (10%)

• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) or other Behavioral Specialist license
• Preferred Older Adults Protective Services Act (OAPSA) clearance
• Prior counseling experience in a behavioral health setting

• CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Pay Range Minimum: $28.19 Pay Range Maximum: $44.13 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
