Automotive Technician Intern

Magicmotorsport is looking for an Automotive Technician Intern to join our R&D team for analysis, testing and process automation activities.

You will support the R&D team in testing activities, script development, and analysis of automotive communication protocols
. You will be involved in advanced research projects and collaborate with engineers and developers to optimize software and firmware solutions.

• Testing and validation of electronic control units in the automotive sector;
• Analysis of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS);
• Development of scripting tools (C/Python) for ECU analysis automation;
• Collaboration with firmware team to improve protocol documentation;
• Participation in technical meetings and support in troubleshooting activities;

• Technical diploma in computer science or electronics
  ;
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (C/Python);
• Proficiency in embedded systems (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry);
• Comprehension of automotive communication protocols
  ;
• Ability to document processes and technical analysis
  ;
• Good command of English (minimum requirement: B1), excellent command of Italian
  ;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies;
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities;
• Good collaboration and communication skills in a team environment;
• Accuracy and attention to detail in technical documentation;
• Strong sense of responsibility and self‑motivation
  ;
