Leading the technical roadmap for the performance marketing platform, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design scalable systems for attribution, bidding, and campaign management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Define high-impact investments across attribution, bidding, budget optimization, and campaign management
- Drive hands-on engineering for ad platform integrations and production systems that measure marketing spend
- Mentor engineers and establish technical best practices while ensuring system reliability and operational health
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping backend systems, specifically in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms and experience integrating with their APIs at scale
- Deep knowledge of attribution methodologies and hands‑on experience with mobile measurement partners
- Proficiency in building data pipelines and services using Python or Java/Scala, plus SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
