Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in Python-based test automation using Playwright. The roles involves building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, automating UI/API test cases, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

Experience : 6+ years

Work Mode: Remote

Position : Permanent , Direct payroll

Timings: 1.00 PM 10.00 PM

Interview Mode:

1st Level - Virtual (Internal Technical Discussion)

2nd Level - Virtual/F2F (Internal Technical Discussion)

3rd Level - Virtual/F2F (Client Technical Discussion)

Required Technical

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python and Playwright
• Expertise in web UI automation and regression testing
• Experience in automation framework development
• API testing using Pytest, Requests or Postman
• Strong understanding of Selenium/modern automation concepts
• CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab
• Version control using Git
• Knowledge of SQL/Database validations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Allure/HTML Reports

Soft & Analytical

Skills:

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical thinking and test design capability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior QA engineers
• Adaptability to fast-paced agile environments
• Strong ownership and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python & Playwright
• Automate UI, API, smoke, and regression test scenarios
• Execute automated test suites and analyse failures
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams
• Perform defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
• Improve test coverage, framework stability, and execution efficiency
• Participate in spring planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of releases

Qualification : Any degree equivalent to IT or Relevant
