Job Duties

You will serve as a specialist in data analytics, metrics and NAVFAC E-Systems used to manage PDC workload, labor, and staffing.

You will supervise staff in specific tasks, providing guidance and instruction on a project or portfolio of projects, and giving on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring employees with variable experience levels.

You will produce a variety of project determination/planning products/services supporting facility/infrastructure planning studies and projects, including FSRM, acquisition solutions and projects for the Navy, Marine Corps, and supported commands.

You will investigate and resolve problems for which existing guides or criteria are not fully applicable or for which little or no prior experience data exists.

You will produce decisions/recommendations for unique, complex situations that require technical solutions, mitigation strategies, or alternatives.

You will provide technical skills for a broad spectrum of planning products and services that includes land-use compatibility, mission requirements analyses, economic analyses, and parametric cost estimates.
