Role Description s:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Client Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions. The role involves building conversational AI systems, automating workflows, and integrating generative AI into enterprise applications. Design and develop AI-powered copilots and chatbots using Client Copilot Studio. Build and manage intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
Implement Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs). Create and manage conversation flows, intents, and topics. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP, APIs). Develop automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate). Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications. Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI model performance and user interactions. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
