ServiceNow Developer Financial Services Operations

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO) to design, develop, customize, and implement enterprise Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Service Now development, platform customization, workflow automation, and integrations, with a solid understanding of FSO and Customer Service Management (CSM).

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications with a focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Service Now App Engine
  .
• Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer
  .
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
  .
• Utilize Glide APIs for advanced server-side scripting and platform customization.
• Configure and enhance the Service Catalog and catalog workflows.
• Implement and manage ACLs (Access Control Lists) to ensure secure access to platform data.
• Configure Notifications, Email Templates, and Scheduled Jobs
  .
• Develop and manage Import Sets and Transform Maps for data migration and integration.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Service Now applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Service Now Development.
• Strong experience in Service Now Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Good understanding of Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now App Engine

• Expertise in Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience with Integration Hub and third‑party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Service Now Financial Services Operations (FSO) implementation experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain experience is preferred
