Transport residents to medical appointments, treatments, transfers, and activities. Pick up and deliver materials, mail, supplies, medications, and blood samples. Move materials for construction, groundskeeping, or general maintenance. Operate snow-removal and cinder-spreading equipment during inclement weather. Conduct safety checks and inspections on vehicles and equipment before use; perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance. When not operating, assist with loading/unloading, cleaning work areas, maintaining equipment-use records/logs, and completing required forms and paperwork.
All duties must be carried out in accordance with DMVA policies and general safety guidelines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours:
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed - Telework:

- Six months experience in operation and maintenance of large vans, buses and single-chassis trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 10,001 pounds or more; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training
- Special Requirement:
Valid Class C Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Additional Requirement:
Ability to perform essential job functions
- Legal Requirements:
Conditional offer requires medical examination; position falls under Older Adult Protective Services Act; conditional offer requires satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police and FBI clearance
