MOT Drivers/Skilled Laborers are needed at Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc. in White Haven, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting heavy civil construction projects, including traffic control, material handling, and driving TMA trucks. • HS Diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience accepted)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle records
• Reliable transportation
• DOT Card required or ability to clear DOT physical
• Heavy civil construction experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Compliance with drug testing and Federal Contractor policies

• CDL A or B license (a plus, not required)
• Experience in heavy highway and/or bridge construction
• Experience with traffic control, flagging, lane closures, and TMA/crash trucks
• Familiarity with paving, concrete, highway, MOT, and bridge construction
