Review incoming goods, food specifications, and purchase records to ensure that all items charged and ordered are correct;
Maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items in the storeroom and receiving dock;
Assist with regular cleaning and re-organization of storerooms in the receiving dock;
Support Purchasing team with inventory control and verification of items;
Collaborate with culinary and purchasing staff to ensure availability and accuracy of supplies
