Shipping & Receiving Manager

Job Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and leading a team to ensure efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
 Oversee all daily shipping and receiving operations
 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
 Verify shipments for accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly
 Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
 Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
 Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet production and customer deadlines
 Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping documents, and reports
 Partner with production and operations teams to improve efficiency
 Qualifications
 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics management
 Proven leadership or supervisory experience
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 Forklift experience or certification preferred
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
