As the 3rd Shift Receiver, you will help keep our operation running smoothly with some of the most unique and exciting specialty produce in the region. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, inspecting products for quality and accuracy, organize inventory, and ensure items are stored and prepared properly for outbound orders.

What You'll Be Doing As a JVI Receiver, you'll help ensure every shipment is received accurately and meets our quality standards

Key responsibilities include:

• Unloading trucks or supervising the unloading process
• Verifying product quantities against bills of lading and invoices
• Inspecting each lot of fresh fruits and vegetables for quality, condition, and freshness
• Documenting quality concerns, condition issues, and quantity discrepancies on bills of lading and invoices
• Following company receiving, quality-control, and safety procedures
• Preparing outbound customer orders, loading trucks accurately, and completing the required paperwork

What's it like in our coolers?

• Temperature :
  Our warehouse ranges in temperature from 32-65°F, but don't worry, we provide a few layers. Plus our breakroom is warm and well stocked with coffee, tea, and water.
• Activity Level :
  You'll be moving around pretty much all day from cooler to cooler. We'll supply you with an electric pallet jack, but there is a lot of hop-on hop-off.
