EssentialJob Duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls to employees and departments
- Look up participants' file in the Case Record Management System to better route their calls
- Adaptability to learn how to use different CRM systems as needed and take notes accordingly
- Direct all visitors and participants to the correct person, office or department
- Respond to general inquiries/questions in a polite and timely manner
- High school diploma, GED or combinator of equivalent education and experience required. Associate's degree Preferred
- One year administrative/receptionist or computer related work required; 3 years' experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office including Teams, Zoom and internet familiarity required
- Familiarity with case record management software systems a plus

This is a part-time permanent position that will typically be 2 days a week, 8:30 to 4:30 pm. Flexible schedule is a plus
