40 hours per week, full year position.
Job OverviewWe are a fast-paced and high-demand non-profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at-risk population. Cross-training is available and expected for all positions.
Responsibilities and Duties- Supervision of children
- Lesson planning to enhance school readiness skills
- Implement screenings and assessments
- Facilitate family partnerships
- Data entry
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential upon hire strongly preferred; must be obtained within 18 months of hire
- 2 or more years of direct experience in early childhood education preferred
- Head Start experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be: compassionate, organized, flexible, and a team player.
Physical abilities: Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently without assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.01 - $22.47 per hour
