SALARY RANGE: In accordance with the negotiated agreement between the Phillipsburg Board of Education and the Phillipsburg Education Association.
Position SummaryThe Preschool teacher will prepare for and participate in evening student and parent events throughout the school year. These events are designed to promote family engagement, provide parents and guardians with information and resources related to their child's preschool experience, and support meaningful connections between families, teachers, and the school community. Participation may include assisting with event preparation, engaging with families, providing information about classroom and preschool programs, supporting student activities, and helping to ensure the event is welcoming and informative for all families.
Participation in these events supports the district's preschool family engagement requirements and provides documentation for SAAVS reporting.
