Our client is an established structural seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead field execution across multiple structural and miscellaneous projects. This firm offers an opportunity to become a key leader within the organization.

This is not simply a project management role. The position combines field leadership, project management, and operational responsibility, with accountability for field execution across multiple projects. The role requires leadership of superintendents and union crews while maintaining control of manpower, scheduling, safety, equipment, costs, and overall field performance.

We're looking for someone who has progressed beyond managing an individual project and is ready to take ownership of field operations across an organisation. You should be equally comfortable walking a Our client erection site, leading field personnel, solving construction problems, and discussing schedules, manpower, costs, and project performance with company leadership.

  Oversee field operations across multiple concurrent Our client projects.

  Lead superintendents and union field personnel.
• Resource Coordination:
  Coordinate manpower, cranes, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor schedules, productivity, job costs, and project performance.
• Document Review:
  Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions.
• Change Orders:
  Support change-order identification and pricing.
• Client Relations:
  Maintain strong relationships with general contractors and customers.
