Established precision manufacturer (50+ years) is hiring a new-business hunter to grow contract manufacturing revenue across North America. This role is focused on winning new logos in technical, high-precision environments.
What You’ll Do- Hunt and close new contract manufacturing customers
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Sell precision parts and assemblies into engineering-led organizations
- Partner with internal engineering and estimating teams
- Build a strong, disciplined pipeline and hit aggressive growth targets
- 5-7+ years B2B sales experience in machine manufacturing, precision parts, or contract manufacturing
- Proven track record of winning new business (not account management)
- Comfortable selling long-cycle, technical programs
- Able to read blueprints and speak manufacturing fluently
