Responsibilities

  • Performs manufacturing activities by adhering to a defined set of procedures and standard outputs to ensure consistent production quality.
  • Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements.
  • Works safely within the parameters of company Work Instructions and policies.
  • Weighs and fills chemicals or bulk products in accordance with BPR.
  • Operates production scales, including verifications and calibrations.
  • Sets up, operates, cleans, and maintains equipment.
  • Packages finished products for customers including labeling, sealing, and inspections per Work Instructions.
  • Manages hazardous materials using all appropriate or mandatory safety gear.
  • Completes documentation in a legible manner; verifies and reviews for accuracy.
  • Maintains expected quality and quantity of work.
  • Follows cGMP policies and procedures for handling, storage, packing, manufacturing, and distributing products.
  • Supports co‑workers and works as a team player.
  • Monitors quality of products and raw materials.
  • Communicates with colleagues within manufacturing to exchange information and provide explanations or interpretations as necessary to maintain alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines to support seamless manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1–3 years of related experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a chemical plant or food and beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of RCRA and cGMP regulations.
  • Mechanical ability, basic math skills, and familiarity with chemical handling, storage, and safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem analysis skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Critical decision‑making skills, creativity, and multi‑tasking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
