Staff Management Group is seeking a Material Handler for our client in Phillipsburg, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM

Pay Rate:

• $17 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to support the assembly of retail display units in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for assembling display fixtures, moving and organizing materials, and ensuring all displays are built according to company specifications.

The ideal candidate has previous material handling experience, is comfortable using basic hand tools, and enjoys hands-on assembly work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble retail display units according to specifications
• Use screwdrivers and other basic hand tools to build display fixtures
• Lift, move, and organize display components throughout the warehouse
• Ensure all displays are assembled accurately and meet quality standards
• Maintain an organized work area and staging materials for production
• Follow assembly instructions and company procedures
• Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform additional material handling and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Material Handler experience required
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on assembly work
• Comfortable using screwdrivers and other basic hand tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
