EPTAM Precision Molding is looking for a Process Engineer, Injection Molding - 1st Shift to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ. Join us as we create medical devices that support our OEM partners in creating life-saving parts and positive outcomes for their patients.

Monday through Friday
1st Shift 8:00am to 4:30pm
Position SummaryThe Process Engineer will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization for the injection molding industry.
Essential Functions1. Responsible for identifying quality problems in products.
2. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
4. Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software. Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of EPTAM's software packages (IQMS).
Minimum Job Qualifications RequiredEDUCATION:
Trade school graduate or associates degree or a combination of experience and education, Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of Scientific Molding principals
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience in an injection molding operation
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing/molding operation
- Proven success in maintaining positive employee relations
OTHER
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with our internal and external customers. Basic knowledge of equipment. Advanced ability to read prints and use measuring equipment along with advanced math skills.
Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Instills appropriate behavior in others in support of EPTAM values
