Production Supervisor

Insight Global is seeking Production Supervisors to join a leading heavy manufacturing operation in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Multiple openings are available across Casting, Finishing, and Melting departments. These leaders will oversee daily production activities, drive safety and quality initiatives, and manage frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Supervise daily cast iron pipe production operations
• Lead and develop a team of 30 to 35 production employees
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
• Coordinate production schedules and material flow
• Troubleshoot operational and process issues
• Lead daily shift meetings and production communications
• Oversee equipment startup activities
• Monitor and track iron chemistry testing and production metrics
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting

• Supervise daily finishing operations for cast iron pipe manufacturing
• Lead a team of 15 to 20 production employees
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
• Oversee oven startup and shutdown procedures
• Monitor painting, cement lining, and finishing processes
• Support production activities in a hands‑on capacity when needed
• Lead daily shift meetings and workforce communication
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 4 years' experience OR No Degree and 5 to 10 years of experience
• Strong communication skills, Professionalism, Accountability etc.
• Previously working in a Heavy Industrial or Heavy Manufacturing Environment in a non-climate-controlled environment
