Manufacturing Technician

As a Manufacturing Technician at Anheuser-Busch, you'll operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed packaging and brewing equipment in a fast-paced brewery environment. You will perform changeovers, basic mechanical and electrical adjustments, quality checks, and sanitation to ensure safety, product quality, and line efficiency. You'll use data and digital tools to track performance, support root-cause problem solving, and contribute to continuous improvement, working collaboratively with maintenance, quality, and operations teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed brewing and packaging lines to meet production targets.
• Perform equipment changeovers, basic mechanical and electrical adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Conduct quality checks and record data to ensure products meet Anheuser-Busch standards.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Use digital systems to track performance, downtime, and materials usage.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Participate in training, cross-skilling, and shift handoffs to ensure smooth operations.
• Escalate equipment or quality issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance workplace safety.
