We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 compassionate and personalized nursing care to clients in their homes.

Administer medications and monitor patient health status.

Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility support.

Educate clients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Document patient progress electronically and communicate changes to the care team

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting.

Trach and/or vent experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts.
