About the Role:
Certified Nursing Assistant

• As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance

• You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents

• You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals

• We offer all shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment

• Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Communicate with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members

• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
