Located in Phillipsburg, NJ, Complete Care at Brakeley Park offers a home away from home for seniors in need of long-term nursing or rehabilitation care. Our staff is recognized for its ability to deliver outstanding, 24-hour care in our warm and compassionate setting. As a Long Term Care (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

About the Role:
Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals

• Work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment

• Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members

• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
