Job Summary:
Complete Care at Brakeley Park is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an Evening Shift LPN, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment. Responsibilities: LPNs
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of seniors, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

Requirements: LPNs
Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment
