Located in Phillipsburg, NJ, Complete Care at Brakeley Park offers a home away from home for seniors in need of long‑term nursing or rehabilitation care. Our staff is recognized for its ability to deliver outstanding, 24‑hour care in our warm and compassionate setting. As a Long Term Care (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

As a CNA, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals
• Work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible schedule

As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
