Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - All Shifts

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals.

We offer all shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible schedule.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Communicate with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
