Education Specialist – Nursing (Easton & Warren Campuses)

Provide educational services for nursing care delivery process and nursing care. Requires NJ and PA Nursing license or a Compact License.

• Facilitate orientation, in‑services, CPR training, and continuing education programs to support agency goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with orientation policies and procedures.
• Act as a professional role model and mentor.
• Complete and submit documentation for educational programming; maintain unit records.
• Assist with educational projects as assigned.
• Contribute to health‑care delivery system improvement by facilitating innovations in practice and education.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities.
• Support community health improvement activities.

Occasionally lift and/or carry 50 lbs; frequently lift and/or carry 25 lbs; stand/walk at least 6 hours in an 8‑hour shift; stoop and crouch frequently; handle, grasp, and fine manipulate occasionally.

• Current RN license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania (based on work location). Required.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• BLS instructor preferred.
• At least 3 years of current clinical nursing experience.
• BLS Instructor status within 1 year of hire.

Salary range: $69,450.00 – $. We meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on state requirements.
