We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Complete Care at Phillipsburg, a leading provider of long‑term care and rehabilitation services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our seniors and their families.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing exceptional medical, emotional, and social support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress reports to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in staff development, education, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
