We are seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Complete Care at Brakeley Park, Phillipsburg, NJ.

As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.

• Active NJ RN license
• Leadership experience
• Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
• Skilled in long-term care/rehab/SNF
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
