We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our weekend nursing team. The RN Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the weekend shift, ensuring high quality care for residents.

• Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Partner with care teams to secure excellent outcomes for residents
• Oversee daily clinical operations on the weekend shift
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Act as a point of contact for resident and family concerns during weekends

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Leadership experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision
