We are currently welcoming applications from experienced Registered Nurses interested in a supervisor-level opportunity with our team.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure that our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

The role involves:

• Providing guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Supporting daily clinical operations

• Collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members

• Promoting excellent resident outcomes and quality of care

• Assisting with clinical decision-making and problem-solving

• Supporting and mentoring members of the nursing team

• Helping foster a positive, professional, and resident-focused environment

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• A compassionate, team-oriented approach
