Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite. You will initiate and adapt nursing plans under physician supervision, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure safe care with proper documentation.
Strong communication with clinical teams is essential. The role requires active RN licensure in the practice state, a BSN or higher is preferred, and travel up to 100% may be necessary.
