YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the unit.
- Oversee clinical care and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company policies.
- Valid NJ RN License (required).
- Proven leadership experience in long-term or acute care settings.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire those around you!
